Pineapple Fondue

Day 116

Pineapple Fondue
4.5 shots out of 5

There goes yet another weekend!

What a long crazy weekend it was!

Baseball practices, a service, learned a new drinking game, smashed my foot with a stool (hoping it's not broken) and now it's Sunday night and the beginning of another week.......of cocktails none the less!

I gave tonight's cocktail 4.5 shots out of 5.

I found tonight's cocktail on Pinnacle's website.

This shooter is a dangerous one.

Reason being, it tastes NOTHING at all like alcohol!

Nothing I say!

I absolutely taste the pineapple first, then you start to faintly taste the creamy flavor of the vodka and then the faint chocolate flavoring in it.

This is a good shooter, one you won't  have just one of so beware!

I know this shooter will be a good "penalty shot" in the new game I learned this weekend......and will go down a LOT easier then the one we used.

Jan, if you like pineapple juice, this "may" be the one shooter you would want to try!

Here is a photo of the end result:

Here is the recipe for a Pineapple Fondue:

  • 1/2 shot of chocolate whipped vodka
  • 1/2 shot pineapple juice
In a shaker, add ice, vodka and pineapple juice.  Shake it up good and strain it into a shot glass and enjoy!

Here's to a yummy shooter that I know will be used again and again!  Hope you all enjoyed your weekend as much as I did!!

Cheers!!

  1. If I can find one of those mini-bottles of chocolate whipped vodka, I just might :) Perhps I'll stop by the mega-liquor store after work this evening.
