What an amazing weekend!
Our boys went away for the weekend with my folks and the girls, my husband and I headed up to Lake Tahoe for a wedding!
We all had a wonderful time.
Tonight's cocktail is dedicated to the beautiful bride Sara, congrats Sara & Ryan on a beautifully perfect wedding. S
ara was drinking tonight's cocktail and I ordered one....or was it two.....or......did I mention it was a fun weekend??
I gave tonight's cocktail 5 shots out of 5.
This is one of those simple, but amazing cocktails!
I could drink many of them....oh wait.....I already did!
The coconut flavoring in the Malibu rum mixed with the pineapple juice.......YUM!!
This may very well be my go-to drink, it's just to easy to make an too DELICIOUS!

Here is the recipe for a Malibu & Pineapple:
- 1 1/2 oz Malibu Rum
- 3 oz pineapple juice
In a tall glass filled with crushed ice, add all of your ingredients and give it a good stir. Sit back, relax and enjoy this amazing cocktail!
