I have to say my Raspberry Puree has been sitting in my fridge and it's level has not been going down much until my recent week-ish of using it in my cocktails. I'm not quite sure why I have been choosing the others over it....I guess it's more of a common flavor that I've just overlooked it for a while.
I'm glad I revisited it, because some of these raspberry puree cocktails I've been making have been pretty darn good! In tonight's cocktail I can taste the bite of the vodka, the flavor of the raspberry and the subtle after taste of the chocolate. It's kind of a nice mixture of everything.
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz white creme de chocolate
- 1 oz raspberry puree
