Cupid's Day Off

Cupid's Day Off

Happy Happy Friday!  Another week done and now it is time to enjoy the weekend.

It has been a crazy, stressful, successful week......why you ask?.......because we did a 3-Day Potty Training Bootcamp this week, which was SUPER successful and I HIGHLY recommend it if your child is ready.

Your child must be ready.........trust me, with our second child I pushed and pushed the potty training thing with him.

He wasn't ready.

I was and he wasn't.

That was a VERY stressful experience and I vowed to just wait until they are ready and when they are it happens and it happens pretty quickly.

Here is a link to the 3-Day Potty Training Bootcamp if anyone is interested.

Onto what you are actually here for, cocktails!

Today I created a delicious cocktail for Valentine's Day.

All of these ingredients work wonderfully together and create one of those cocktails that could be dangerous......yup, totally dangerous.

I have a feeling I will be making these in the very near future....like later on today perhaps?  (P.S. I rate this cocktail 5 shots out of 5.....for some reason my rating system is not working)

Here is a photo of the end result:

Here is my recipe for a Cupid's Day Off:

  • 1 1/2 ounces whipped vodka
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 2 ounces cranberry cocktail juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice

In a shaker, ad ice and all of the ingredients above.  Shake and strain into a martini glass, sit back and enjoy this one....not too fast....or fast, just make sure you have extra ingredients so that you can make another one too.

Here is to a VERY successful week and a weekend to celebrate it!

Cheers!!
