Barbados Punch
4 shots out of 5
I have had my eye on this cocktail for a long time.
I was only missing the Captain Morgans to complete my recipe.
I gave tonight's cocktail 4 shots out of 5.
This is a tasty blended cocktail, I must say.
This is a tasty blended cocktail, I must say.
It's heavy on the pineapple juice flavor, so you'll need to be in the mood for it.
If you are, you will absolutely enjoy this cocktail!
As my foam is settling in this cocktail, I'm able to get real sips of the actual liquid part of the cocktail.....it's good and I would think that you could make a huge batch of it and put it in a punch (hence the name) bowl and serve it at a party.
I would definitely come to that party!! All in all, tonight's cocktail is a winner in The Cocktail Lady's book!!

Here is the recipe for a Barbados Punch:
- 1 shot Captain Morgans Spiced Rum
- 1 shot lime juice
- 1/4 shot triple sec
- 2 shots pineapple juice
- 1 cup ice
In a blender, add ice, rum, lime juice, triple sec and pineapple juice. Blend it up real good until all of the ice is gone. Pour and enjoy! (I would suggest waiting until your foam has settled a bit before you start drinking.)
It's a good thing I was in the pineapple juice mood tonight (and I didn't even know I was.......huh, go figure).
Cheers!!
