Bubbles & Berries

Day 262

Bubbles & Berries
3.5 shots out of 5

Just a couple more weeks of our crazy, insane, non-stop weekends!

Somehow Halloween is here and gone and so is five sixths of the year.

Now that we're into our last two months of the year, I will do my best to find different holiday cocktails to share with you all.  If you do have a favorite holiday cocktail that you really enjoy, please send it to me at cocktailady@gmail.com.

I gave tonight's cocktail 3.5 shots out of 5.

I am not a huge champagne fan for starters, but I have to say that I do like the champagne with the Hpnotiq Harmonie.

For some reason the champagne dulls out some of the flowery flavor in the Harmonie (which pesonally I like).

I think the reason why I like the original (blue) Hpnotiq better then the Harmonie (pink) is because it doesn't have the flowery taste to it.

If you like champagne I think you just may like this cocktail.  I found it on the Hpnotiq site.

Here is a photo of the end result:

Here is the recipe for a Bubbles & Berries:

  • 2 oz Hpnotiq Harmonie
  • 2 oz Champagne

In a champagne flute, pour in your Hpnotiq Harmonie and Champagne.  Give it a quick stir.

Here's to my second ever (Buck's Fizz was the first) cocktail using champagne!

Cheers!!
